Self Reflections

This is my diary. This is a series about growing up, about friends and family and all the people I’ve loved. I think there’s a joy in this work—that it’s a celebration of the mundanity of all the odd places that we see ourselves in every day. It’s about time passing, evident through places I inhabit and the people around me, as well as their conspicuous absences. Since I first began this work in 2017, it has been my excuse to always stay making images, with the photographs in this series serving as both an exploration in the moment, and a archive looking back.

SELF REFLECTIONS
