In this work, I investigate how an image’s narrative is altered through the context of its surroundings. Each photograph in this series is taken of a page in a magazine, lit from below and reframed to create a collage of the two images. My interest in photography has always been exploratory, and, during COVID, this work became a way for me to continue exploring new environments using found images, while staying isolated in my home.
